The client presentation meeting includes 3D renderings, functional layouts, selections of finishes and worktops, appliances, accessories, and a detailed cost proposal.
EuroCasa Africa confirms orders with a 60% deposit, refining the design until client approval before placing the order with their Italian office.
Orders are typically delivered to Johannesburg in about 16 – 20 weeks after confirmation, with regular site visits and service drawings provided by EuroCasa Africa.
A 60% deposit is required to confirm the order, with a second payment of 35% due upon arrival of the goods in South Africa. The remaining 5% is paid after installation.
Installation generally takes between 5 to 20 working days, depending on the project’s complexity.
The handover meeting includes an explanation of the functionality and maintenance of EuroCasa Africa’s work, ensuring clients are satisfied with the final result.
Yes, EuroCasa Africa offers a 5 year warranty for defects on workmanship arising from the manufacturing process, provided the product is registered on the Febal Casa website and is reviewed annually by EuroCasa Africa for a minimal fee.This must be arranged by the Client through the EuroCasa Africa Office.
